Mid-Columbia Gymnastics Academy opened it's doors in 1986. The gym is owned and operated by Len and Kami Softich.
Len was a competitive gymnast growing up and went on to coach recreational and competitive gymnastics at MCGA. He manages the day to day operations of both facilities and is the Director of the Men's Competitive Gymnastics Program at MCGA. Kami manages public relations at MCGA & Elite Force Cheer. She graduated from Eastern Washington University in 1992 with a degree in Applied Psychology/Social Work. Len and Kami have two grown daughters and several pets.
Mid-Columbia Gymnastics & Cheer has two facilities to meet the needs of our students.
Our main gym is over 18,000 square feet and our cheer facility is 9,000 square feet. Both gyms have nice viewing areas for parents, play areas for siblings and visitors and are air conditioned in the summer.
We have 4 spring floors, two tumble tracks, as well as a special area for our Tumble-Roo age classes that is tailored for the little ones. We have high level equipment, two foam pits, a huge rope swing, three trampolines and much more. Stop by and visit!
